VShojo is a US-based VTuber agency founded in late 2020 by a group of established Western VTubers and industry operators. Its positioning is talent-first — creators retain more IP, revenue share and creative control than under the Japanese agency standard. The agency has gone through multiple phases and restructurings; Kson’s leadership of VShojo Japan in 2024–2026 marked a second era of the company.
